Fracture is a side table which the design seeks to explore the most of the object's poetic function.

Inspired by movements of expansion and retention, the piece should work as a parable frozen in its moment of catharsis.
An organic body, in constant expansion, is contained by a geometric, sterile and well-defined shell. At a given moment, the rational exterior is no longer capable of containing what comes from within. There is a fracture and the organic mass overflows.
Made from aluminum sheets and fabric scraps, the design seeks to reference social and psychological issues, and the dichotomous relationship between modern humans and nature.
